Under his direction, Effective Data has grown into one of the country’s leading Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and data integration firms.

Beth Razook

Empress of Operations

Beth is a hands-on IT consulting industry subject matter expert. She has more than 20 years of sales management, recruiting and operational experience, combined with an in-depth knowledge of the EDI consulting delivery system and related technology solutions. As Effective Data’s COO, she delivers quick, sustainable results to the top and bottom line. By example, she provides the leadership to out-perform customer expectations.

Art Sanders

Data Voyager Know-It-All

Art is responsible for servicing Effective Data’s clients worldwide, and manages, motivates and challenges a large group of cross-functional disciplines and teams. He develops strong client relationships, manages P&L for our consulting division and provides key participation in the business development and sales processes. Art excels at health care issues including HIPPA, ICD-10 and claims processing and adjudication. He is also an expert on supply chain products such as Ariba, i2 and PKMS. Art is skilled at large-scale implementation and integration of major ERP systems (BPCS, Mapics, J.D. Edwards, SAP, HFA, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Genesys, Lawson and others), and EDI products including IBM B2B Integrator, Tibco, Webmethods, GXS and Biztalk.

Experience: 30+ years, with the proven ability to plan and manage small and large-scale projects, manage client relationships and provide technical expertise

Jennifer O'Neil

Project Movement Maestro

Jennifer works closely with every ED Connect customer to help implement EDI projects simply, smoothly, on time and within budget. She uses a detailed project plan that identifies and sequences activities to be completed from start, to finish, to post-production. Jennifer works alongside our senior management and technical staff to ensure that all resources required to complete each project are allocated effectively. She involves all parties, and maintains constant communication and detailed project documentation to ensure complete client satisfaction.

Experience: 21+ years at Effective Data managing internal and technical projects
