Amazon has announced an increased cost for their Carton Content Accuracy chargeback

This refers to a payment that must be made when there is a discrepancy between the number of products received in a carton and the information that was provided in the Advance Shipment Notification (ASN).

The current chargeback rate is $1.00
The chargeback rate will increase from $0.50 per defect
New chargeback rate will be $1.50 per defect.
The change will go into effect on September 9, 2019.
