Rolling Meadows, IL – based Komatsu America Corp. has partnered with Effective Data to complete GIS migration projects. Essentially all of Komatsu’s BizTalk applications will be migrated over to a Gentran GIS environment. This is a significant effort since many of Komatsu’s servers are currently running with BizTalk applications. ED will migrate all existing BizTalk applications over to GIS. Migrating from a BizTalk to GIS environment will help Komatsu realize considerable cost reductions.
