Consulting and Data Integration firm, has been chosen by Alcan Inc. to complete electronic
data interchange (EDI) services.
Billion-dollar powerhouse Alcan has retained the EDI experts at ED to complete a critical
Electronic Data Interchange Assessment project. Effective Data will analyze “all things EDI.”
ED will recommend changes to the EDI environment, list Best Practices and provide project
plans for all development activities. ED will focus on areas such as: Trading Partner lists with
detailed transactions, EDI setup documentation, overall EDI process flow and Communication
schedule.
